At Motley, we've discovered that it's all about laughter and a healthy dose of good old-fashioned fun.
Amidst a charming mix of games, genuine camaraderie, and sheer joy, we celebrated our 7th anniversary in true Motley fashion 🎈
One of the most heartwarming moments of the evening was when Ankita Joshi from Keep It Hygge introduced a new activity called hashtag#SpiritAnimalsOfMotley.
Each crew member had to step away from the rest of the team while the others picked a spirit animal that best represented their positive qualities.
Here are the incredible spirit animals chosen:
• Jason embodies the wisdom of an Elephant, exuding positivity and untapped intellectual prowess.
• Mahesh Dada's Rabbit-like traits make him a rapid problem solver and is attentive.
• Gauri's cat-like independence and playfulness shined through this activity too.
• Priyanka a.k.a Sally's Squirrel nature makes her alert and assertive.
• Priyanka's leadership qualities as well as innate instinct of nurturing her tribe, resonate with those of a Queen Bee.
• Aniruddh's intuitive and down-to-earth nature resembles that of a Giraffe.
• Aaksha's Lamb-like warmth and wisdom make her a comforting presence.
Forget personality tests, our spirit animal activity unearthed a surprising synergy - who knew wisdom, agility, and a dash of nurturing would make us such a winning zoo?
Another highlight of the evening was playing Hoops the Senses, a yet another fun creation by Ankita. Wherein gifts were wrapped and placed on the floor, and each crew member had to throw a hoop to land on a gift. Once a gift was secured, the team member had to identify which sense it catered to - Touch, Smell, Taste, Sound, or Sight. It was a hilarious and exciting game that brought out our competitive spirits and laughter-filled moments.
As we reflect on these two Happiness At Motley initiatives, we're once again reminded that happiness isn't just about the big milestones or flashy celebrations – it's about the simple moments of joy, laughter, and connection that bring us together as a team. Whether we're debating spirit animals or tossing rings, we're filled with gratitude for the joy, laughter, and deep connections that define our Motley Crew.
